The program focuses on weight loss but also strength and muscle building. There will be 3 phases 4 weeks for each phase 1) endurance 2) hypertrophy 3) strength. Most of the exercises require to be completed at a gym and there’s a 30 minute cardio part as well. 5 days a week, each day new exercises that will remain the same for each 4 week cycle in order to track your progress. I will send the workouts for each phase to you as we go along. These are self guided with instructional videos. In addition you will have access to my training app and I will help calculate out your macros and help with meal ideas (however this does not include a meal plan). We will also do weekly check ins through google meet and depending on number of particpants there will be a group chat to exchange experiences.
Cost is $33 per week.

I will put you through a number of dynamic movement patterns testing range of motion, mobility issues, structural imbalances and provide you with skills to mobilise and correct technique to ensure pain free movement.
